DELIVERY TIMES

  • Europe: 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Shipping times:
    • Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, etc.): 5-10 business days.
    • Rest of Europe: 10-15 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 20-30 business days.
    • USA: 5-10 business days.
    • United Kingdom: 5-7 business days.
    • Canada and Australia: 10-30 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from the indicated warehouse within a maximum of 1-3 business days. During sales periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.


DELAYS IN DELIVERY

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

For standard shipping delays exceeding 70 days, we will refund your order, and you may keep the item. This does not apply to stolen, lost, or incorrectly addressed orders. We always rely on the tracking number provided.

Delivery delays may result from logistical challenges, reduced flights, remote locations, or limited courier availability. Rest assured, we will monitor your order and ensure its delivery.

We work with small vendors worldwide to share their products. Some of our items are shipped directly from international vendors. ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If you placed an order and have not received it within the indicated time, please contact us for assistance. However, inquiries within four days of purchase are not actionable. As mentioned, we have a preparation and shipping time of 1-3 business days, followed by 5-10 business days for delivery.


CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any customs duties. We do our best to avoid additional charges by shipping larger orders in separate parcels. Customs fees are random, and we cannot guarantee exemption. Refusing to pay customs duties is not a valid reason for a refund.


PRE-ORDER OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
