How can I track my package?

What is the delivery time for your products?
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, though it may sometimes take up to 72 hours. After shipping, delivery generally takes 10 to 15 business days (subject to variations based on promotions and shipping service).
Is delivery free?
It depends on factors such as offers and periods. If delivery is free, it will be specified on our website.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently, we mainly deliver to Europe. Please check the list of available delivery countries when placing your order.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our headquarters are in Canada, and our international warehouse is located in China. However, with our recent expansion, we plan to launch future collections from a warehouse in Canada to enable faster deliveries within 7 days in Canada.
I haven't received all the items from my order. What should I do?
Items in your order may be shipped separately based on their origin. If your order includes items from multiple warehouses, you will receive separate deliveries. Any remaining items should arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
